$20 per team, or $10 for individuals

    Sign up (one partner per team):

    Please pay the registration fee following submission.
    If you elected to pay with cash or check, please bring the money to the event. Teams will not be allowed to play without paying the entrance fee.
    ​We also take Venmo! @c4csports with $20 and "CharitySpike 2019".
    All proceeds will be donated to the charities of the winning teams.
